Michael Palin is hosting a special champagne reception for Book Aid International at this year's Borders Book Festival.
The small but perfectly formed festival based in Melrose in the Scottish Borders is fast getting a reputation as one of the best literary festivals in the country, and is beloved by both visitors and authors alike.
Michael will be appearing at the festival on behalf of Book Aid International on June 18th. Following his reading at 8pm, he will be hosting an intimate charity champagne reception in aid of Book Aid International. Tickets cost £14 and all proceeds will go towards our work.
You can browse the festival programme and book tickets on the Borders Book Festival site.
We hope to see you there!
With thanks to Lothian, Borders and Angus Cooperative Society.
